These Terms and Conditions apply to:
- Purchasing Barndominium Living Co Magazine (print and/or digital)
- Buying tickets or exhibiting at any Barndominium Living Co. Home Show, pop-up, or event
- Using barndominiumlivingco.com or any related websites

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, buying a ticket, exhibiting, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or attend.

2. Magazine Purchases & Subscriptions

- Digital magazine issues are delivered instantly via email or member portal.
- Print magazines ship quarterly from Quebec, Canada.
- All digital sales and subscriptions are final — no refunds.
- Print single issues may be returned within 14 days of receipt if undamaged (buyer pays return shipping).
- Subscription prices are locked for the current term but may increase upon renewal.

3. Event Tickets (Barndominium Living Co. Home Shows & Events)

- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, even if the event date changes.
- If we cancel an event completely, you will receive a full refund or credit to a future event.
- Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold above face value.
- Lost or forgotten tickets will not be replaced or re-issued.
- Attendees assume all risks associated with attending a public event.

4. Exhibitor & Vendor Terms (Home Shows)

- Booth fees are non-refundable after payment.
- Exhibitors must carry their own liability insurance (minimum $2M recommended).
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any exhibitor or display that does not align with event standards.

5. Photography, Video & Media Release

By attending any Barndominium Living Co. event, you irrevocably grant us permission to photograph, film, or record you and to use that content royalty-free in any media (magazine, website, social media, future promotions) without payment or further consent.

If you do NOT consent, you must notify a staff member wearing a “PHOTO OPT-OUT” badge on-site.

6. Intellectual Property

All magazine content, event branding, logos, floor plans, and photography are © Barndominium Living Co. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

7. Shipping (Print Magazine & Merchandise)

8. Pricing & Payment

- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- We accept Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and major credit cards.
- Applicable HST/GST is added at checkout based on province.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barndominium Living Co. and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Personal injury, property damage, or theft at events
- Event cancellation or postponement due to weather, illness, government regulation, or force majeure

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
